Service Description

FREE 20-minute phone consult, prior to booking. 6 videoconferencing sessions, 1st session 90 min, subsequent approximately 60 min, pending client pace) *This package includes Coaching Sessions, as needed, between scheduled sessions. 3 custom mp3 audios sent via email, that incorporate your unique healing suggestions (affirmations) and imagery 1 bonus audio Personal work each week, approximately 15 mins/day, twice daily Please Note: If you wish to address pain management, accelerated healing or anything related to ailments, please get your licensed medical provider's approval before your session, e.g., MD, ND, DO, Physical Therapist, Chiropractor, Dentist, Mental Health Provider. (Please note that some alternative healthcare providers are not licensed, and are therefore unable to provide the necessary approval.)
